Sofia Palamidou

Sofia Palamidou

Sofia Palamidou is a pharmacist based in Thessaloniki, where she runs her own pharmacy. Recently, she has shifted her focus toward Holistic Health, exploring how people can stay healthy, prevent illness, and support their overall wellbeing. She combines her scientific background with holistic and energetic herbal therapy, mindfulness practices, and laughter therapy, creating a truly integrative approach to health.

Driven by her two great passions, cooking and sailing, Sofia has spent the past few years working on sailing boats, preparing meals and offering unique culinary experiences to guests from around the world.

In addition to her work at sea, she designs and leads workshops and retreats centred on Self-Care and Holistic Health. Through these experiences, she supports people on their personal wellbeing journeys, helping them cultivate a more balanced, conscious, and nourishing way of living.

Tania Tsiora

Tania Tsiora

A certified Pilates instructor with a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic wellbeing. During this journey, she'll guide you through Pilates sessions that strengthen, align, and restore balance, helping you feel grounded and energised.

Through group sessions and tailormade advice for movement and posture, Tania creates a space of connection and flow, where movement becomes meditation and the sea your inspiration.

Her approach is gentle yet transformative, designed to leave you feeling stronger, more centred, and deeply connected to yourself.

Food & Drinks

On board, you will enjoy three nourishing meals each day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — based on traditional Greek cuisine with a light, plant-based (vegan) focus. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, olive oil, herbs, and simple flavours that support both enjoyment and well-being.

On 2–3 evenings, you may choose to have dinner ashore and experience local Greek flavours. Tea, coffee, water, and a glass of wine with meals are included, while fresh fruits and snacks are available throughout the day. Any allergies or dietary needs will be carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
